To qualify for return or exchange, all applied items must remain completely unused, uncarried, undecorated, unwashed and undamaged, retaining original brand-new conditions without any usage traces, surface stains, artificial damage or structural deformation. All original factory supporting accessories and packaging materials must be fully intact, including outer cartons, dust-proof bags, protective films, safety seals, product tags, labels and matching small accessories. Custom personalized modified products, custom dyed plush items and final sale clearance goods are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to customized attributes and special sales regulations. As personal daily accessories and plush decorative products with strict secondary sales standards, any items that have been used outdoors, attached to keys or bags, cleaned, stained, artificially damaged, privately modified or improperly stored are ineligible for return and exchange. Products with plush dirt, lint shedding, hardware fading, accessory looseness, structural deformation and obvious usage traces will be rejected for return applications to guarantee unified product quality, neat appearance and fair shopping experience for all customers. To initiate a return or exchange request, customers must submit an application through the official website portal with a valid order number and detailed problem description. After our professional team reviews and approves the application, customers will receive an official return authorization number and standardized return shipping guidelines. Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping fees and transportation risks unless the product has factory defects, transit damage, wrong delivery or missing accessories caused by our warehouse errors. We strongly recommend using trackable logistics services and completely restoring original dust-proof and shockproof packaging during return shipment to prevent secondary contamination, deformation and damage, which will invalidate return qualifications. After we receive, inspect and confirm the returned product fully complies with official return standards, we will process refunds or store credit exchanges within three to five business days. Direct exchanges for different colors, sizes or styles are not supported; qualified returned products can only be converted into store credits for new purchases.
